2011-04-11 - Clear growth strategies at HSM
At the annual press conference for the largest trade fair in the industry, Paperworld in Frankfurt, HSM GmbH + Co. KG management presented all the major developments, projects and activities of the current year.
The most important aspect of this was the new focus on the Premium brand, as well as a clear service strategy, emphasised the Managing Director, Irene Dengler. This includes integral services such as the Customer Service Center at company headquarters in Frickingen which targets individual customer requirements and is soon to be extended, as well as a special after-sales service concept and training opportunities for customers at the HSM Academy, which can look back on an outstanding achievement of almost 40 training courses in the past year.
Managing Director, Dietmar Dengler reported that HSM was able to increase the revenue of the group by nine percent with an export share of 70 percent last year. Moreover, the company is anticipating an increase of ten percent for 2011. The subsidiary in the USA is developing particularly well with a growth of 20 percent last year. An additional rise of around 20 percent is also planned for 2011.
